Building a Brewery

You like beer and always wanted to support the beer drinking culture?

In January 2018 we succeeded in reviving the 160 year old german cult-brand from Upper Frankonia "Polsterbräu" through a crowdfunding project!

Since then, we have enjoyed an ever-growing community that is enthusiastic about our traditional german beers.

In more and more shops you can find our beers, which we (still) produce in the contract brewing process.

Therefore it is time to think about tomorrow and to push the financing of an own brewery place with the help of enthusiastic beer lovers, like you.

Crowdfunding & More

Each month we brew our beer, which is sold in our onlineshop or comes into the stores. This project should help to refinance the enormous costs of beer production. This includes beer bottles, beer crates, labels, crown caps and of course the raw materials for our handmade beer.

In addition, we would like to finance the lease of our first own restaurant and offer a franchise system in the near future, similar to the well-known "Paulaner" restaurants.

However, the ultimate goal of this platform should be the construction of our own craft beer brewery, in which we want to brew not only our existing beer types without being dependent on a contract brewer, but also other delicious new beer types.
